Ridi Hydropower announces 6.31% Stock Dividend

Ridi Hydropower Development Company Limited (RHPC) has decided to distribute 6.3157 percent bonus share including cash dividend for tax purpose  to its shareholders.

The BOD meeting held on Bhadra 3, 2073 has proposed 6.3157 percent bonus share to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2072/73.

The decision is subjected to approval from the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Last year, RHPC had distributed 10.53 % bonus share to its shareholders from the profit it made in 2071/72 FY.

RHPC earned net profit of Rs 1.85 crore in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73 as per unaudited report. It’s paid up capital stands at Rs 33 crore and after the issuance of 6.3157% bonus share the paid up capital will rise to Rs 35.08 crore.
